Based on good communication and established business with each other, customer sends samples or we send sample catalogue for you to choose. For more accurate quotation, sending sample is the more efficient way, we will analyze and quote after receiving your samples. If customer does not have samples, you can tells us your idea of fabric requirements, such as use,  color, weight, material and other specifications, we will give you suggestion and send you samples to choose. 

We will make L/DIP sample to confirm the color after signing the contract. Everyone has a different feeling of color, we will provide more than one piece of fabric for comparison and confirmation, usually, it takes 3-5 days.  if urgent, we can also give priority to making samples, usually 1-2 days will be sent to you.

Customers will have feedback after receiving the 1st L/dip, we will discuss the better solution and decide design or further modify it to meet your requests.

Customer finally confirmed the color, quantity, weight, packaging and other specifications, after repeated revisions and confirmations and make the advanced payment for the bulk order.

We will make the same specification of blank fabric according to the final sample confirmed by the customer. Order time it usually takes 10-15days based on quantity.

Blank cloth is usually sticky with hair or wrinkles, we need to turn the cloth to make it more flat and smooth.

We have 5 lines of pretreatment machines. This process helps fabric be more smooth and shiny.

This process is mainly based on the customer's style, the corresponding craftsmanship. It can achieve the effects of fluffy, brightness, velvet, and bristle. This is very important.

After selecting the more suitable fabrics yarn for your order, we begin the coloring and dying process. You can choose from the default color palette or you can ask our dying experts to carry out the Pantone color matching system, ending up with the exact customized color you need for your fabrics production order.

After dyeing, we will give the fabric another shaping and then dry the fabric to get the finished fabric.

It's quality assurance time! Once the fabric production line is out, our quality inspectors delve into every fabric roll to examine it thoroughly. It's moved from one eye to another until we ensure that all the fabrics are error-free, and then we proceed.

Finally, we have arrived at the stage of our fabrics manufacturing process. The final approved pieces of fabrics are paired and are inspected for a third and final time. They are then labeled, receive their hangtags, and get packaged in peace and joy.
